Do adults need tickets to enter the inflatable park?

Adults who are simply supervising their children do not need to purchase a ticket. However, only children with valid tickets are permitted to play on the inflatables.

Adults are welcome to relax in our seating areas, watch their kids have fun, and take photos. If an adult wishes to join the activities, they must also purchase a ticket for entry into the play zones.

Are special socks required to play?

Yes! For safety and hygiene, all participants must wear official Freedom Socks while in the inflatable park. These socks are designed with non-slip grips to help prevent falls and keep play areas clean.

You can purchase them at the front desk or online in advance. Once you own a pair, you can bring them back for future visits.

Can I buy tickets online in advance?

Definitely! We encourage families to book their tickets online before arriving. This guarantees your spot, especially on weekends, holidays, or during special events when the park tends to be busiest.

Online purchasing is quick and easy, and you’ll skip the lines at check-in, giving your kids more time to play.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my visit?

We understand that plans change! If you need to reschedule, simply contact us before your scheduled time, and we’ll be happy to move your ticket to a new date.

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable, so you’ll never lose your purchase. Our team will do everything possible to make sure your family can still enjoy their day of fun.
